When the bookingfee is payed we will send you a contract.
Cancellation can be done untill 30 days before arrival, the booking fee is not repayed. If cancellation takes place less then 30 days before arrival the payment will not be repayed

Information and directions
Arrivals and leavings on Saturdays. Arrival from 14.00 and leaving at the latest at 11.00 if there is nothing else agreed.
In the cottages there is an open fire-place, firewood can be bought at place. Hot and cold water. Hall and bathroom has electric floorheating, in the rest electric radiators. Shower and WC. Kitchen with electric stove and fridge with
freezer. Ther is a small TV with video and DVD and swedish chanels. Electricity and heating is included in the
rent on high season.
Torpedalen
can be hired in wintertime. The electricity for heating have then to be payed
for seperatly.
There is complete kitchen and beds for 6 persons. Bed-linen and kitchen-linen has to be brought.
The tenant is responsible for possible damages on equipment or furnishing.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning, but final cleaning can be ordered. The cottage must be left in the same condition as on
arrival. If the cleaning is not well done the tenant have to pay a fee of 500
SEK.
Access to a rowing-boat. Outboard motor can be hired. Fishing licence is included in the
rent of Brygghuset. On Torpedalen fishinglicence have to be bought.
